Two walkie-talkies you build yourself — and they actually work. Each unit has a colour screen and a camera, so you can make live video calls to the other handset, not just talk.

Press the side button for instant voice intercom, snap photos with the built-in camera, or switch on the voice-changer to hear yourself come through the other end sounding completely different.

Both units charge over USB. A full charge takes about 40 minutes and gives you around 80 minutes of use, and one cable is included in the box.

The brick shell is the other half of the set. Build them in red or blue, then rearrange the pieces into a flame owl pen holder that keeps your desk tidy between calls.
