Don't like the pull back and the lime green color in 42047? Well here's the first ever manual version that works and looks like a realistic cop suv. Actually took a part of my 1/24 or 1/25 scale jeep model and glued it on and take a look at the (photos all the way down) now it has a winch with this part on it!
